Buen servicio, todo muy limpio y muy atentos. Deberían componer los escalones para subir, ya que con maletas y niños se hace complicado subir hasta el hotel

El servicio es bastante bueno y los meseros atentos, las bebidas en general son de una calidad aceptable, podrían mejorar la preparación de los cócteles. El precio es acorde al lugar y a establecimientos similares.
Merecen cinco estrellas no por el lujo.. Si no por el trato, la atención, la limpieza. Los cuartos son amplios y aunque está a una buena caminada del centro, vale la pena hospedarse. No es lujoso. No lo busquen por el lujo. Pero es seguro y cómodo.
Hotel muy cómodo y tranquilo para pasar la noche. No hay ningún problema con vecinos y un servicio muy bien, hay televisión con cable y red wifi gratis, pero hay que subir escaleras para llegar al hotel y es un poco cansado.
Un lugar muy limpio y agradable para pasar una linda noche dentro de la ciudad de Guanajuato. El personal del hotel es amable y atenta. El servicio es excelente. El establecimiento es muy limpio y se ajusta a las demandas de la pandemia.
Buen hotel. Ultra limpio y las habitaciones huelen bien y nuevas Super amables. El unico detalle es que por fuera no es vistoso y el estacionamiento no esta tan cerca
En relación a lo que pagué me siento que gasté correctamente mi dinero, los inconvenientes llegan a suceder hasta en hoteles de lujo, lo importante es la solución que dan las personas encargadas, en mi caso el joven Nacho nos dió excelente atención. 100% recomendable.
